Includes: Intake interview, 20 minute steam sauna, Biomat far-infrared treatment, essential oils, and reflexology session.

Lightworks Healing Massage (70 minutes @ $145.00):

Biomat Far-Infrared treatment, reflexology and reiki session, essential oil blend, and one additional pertinent healing modality: cupping, gua sha, tui na, scalp massage, or neck and shoulder oilentation.

Lighter Works (50 minutes @ $90):

Reflexology and biomat treatment.

The Works (90 minutes @ $175):

Biomat Far-Infrared treatment, reflexology and reiki session, essential oil blend, with cupping, gua sha, tui na, scalp massage, as well as neck and shoulder oilentation all included.

Redwood Lightworks Massage (70 minutes @ $165.00):

same as Lightworks Healing Massage with outside redwoods and oaks in healing forest circle

Steam Sauna (up to 30 minutes @ $25)

Can be stand alone or adjunct to any of the above treatments.
